Fabulous location, facilities and hosts!
I’m a fan and look forward to returning another time! – 10
I had an inkling that this would be a special place but I couldn’t have envisioned it fully. Everything about this spot is top notch – you. Can see the attention to detail in everything from the gardens, the pool, the linens, and Neil and Nicky are charming and helpful hosts! It’s location is also perfect to venture out whether into Cape Town or down to the coast. I’d stay again in a second – planning on it!

We were welcomed really nicely and the accommodation is really comfortable. A real refuge. The accommodation is huge and the terrace is the most cozy place in Cape Town. In addition, the two owners are really nice and helpful. First restaurant recommendations were immediately implemented and we were not disappointed.

A home away from home – 10
It felt like a home. Comfy beds, en suite, family bathroom, washing machine, outside area to relax in, a pool, friendly couple, location was great, more relaxed than central cape. They had spices, oil, cling film – all the small things that make such a difference. They love their home and you can tell. Would highly recommend.
It really was faultless.

Perfect Stay! 10
Great hosts, great accommodation. You feel immediately at home. The large apartment has everything you need to make the stay as nice as possible. The location was quiet and safe, yet not far from the beach and the waterfront. Also had very nice and informative conversations with the hosts and got many good tips.
We will definitely be back.

Everything from the garage for the car, to kitchen and bathroom. The outside area was impressive. South Africa’s loadshedding resulted in power outage, but the inverter allowed power to watch TV, have one light and the internet worked.

I had a lovely stay! It was peaceful and relaxing; just what I needed. The owners were very helpful and understanding. I would definitely go back. The bed was so comfortable that I had a great night’s rest.

Fantastic place to stay! – 10
I stayed at Kaya La Provence for two weeks as my son was marrying a local Cape Town girl. The accommodation was spotless and very well equipped with an enchanting garden!! Kaya was ideally situated for all the major attractions in Cape Town and there was also a local supermarket a few minutes walk away. If you wanted to shop at Constantia (with all the major shops), the walk takes about 20 minutes. Neil and Nicky were around if you needed anything and were very friendly. I would recommend Kaya La Provence to anyone wishing to stay in Cape Town and if I was to return I would definitely stay again!! Brilliant!!

Beautiful garden where the flat is situated. Will definitely revisit in summer OR winter. Decor is beautiful and very comfortable. Owners thought of everything.

The surroundings are located in a very quiet, clean town and are safe. It’s nice that there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The accommodation was very clean and the garden was so beautiful. It’s a place I really don’t want to leave. It is a place I would like to visit again.

We felt at home – 10
We felt comfortable from the first second. Whether questions, weather information or any issues Nicky and Neil were always there to help us. Load Shedding was always an emergency light in the living room and the Wi-Fi and the TV worked too! The whole Apartment is really well-equipped. Our son loved playing in the garden and was very excited to be able to feed the fish. We would have loved to stay longer!

The place was very clean and tidy, the owners stay on site, but yet, never interfered with us, but u can see that they take very good care of this place, they treat it as if they are living in it, so high quality interiors and equipment used, location for me was good as i travelled for business and needed something close by for my meetings, during load shedding, Wi-Fi was up which was a major bonus, so could stay make calls though there was no cell reception, 2 bedroom, and 2 bathrooms as well, all round, i couldn’t have asked for anything more.

We’ve been very kind received by Neil and Nikki. It is a spacious and clean apartment. Fully equipped. Very nice bed and nice shower. In the garden you can sit or eat at the table.

Neil and Nicky are extremely friendly and helpful hosts. They responded quickly to our pre-departure queries and were available for support during our stay. The property is spacious, beautifully designed, and very well-equipped. The bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms were clean and comfy! We also enjoyed the gorgeous garden. The Koi fish and cat were a bonus! Highly recommended for your Cape Town stay.

Kaya le Provence includes Nicky an Neil who are calm, competent and gracious. – 10
The property is absolutely beautiful. The landscaping combined with the hardscaping created an oasis. We loved the unique pieces of garden art and lighting. Bathrooms are spacious and included excellent showers with great water pressure. Kitchen appliances modern and efficient.
